I have lived in the Redding area since high school, where I attended Enterprise High School.
I attended Shasta College and received an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice. I later attended Simpson University, where I earned a Bachelors Degree, Teaching Credential, Masters of Arts, and an Administrative Credential. I love to learn, and consistently attend trainings and workshops to grow my knowledge!
I was hired straight out of Simpson University at an alternative education high school here in Redding. I taught for four years, and moved into administration for ten years, working directly with the at-risk youth in our community. It is a dream come true to now have expanded to include elementary and middle school students into my world in the past few years as PACE Academy's administrator.
Life Outside of School
I have three daughters, a wonderful grandson and beautiful granddaughter. I love to do anything outside, as well as reading and watching football (GO COWBOYS!).
